I've been reading some old posts about the Seduction series airplanes, lots of people seem to like them but I guess the buzz about them is over..
was wondering if theres been any newer airplanes released that fit within the Seduction WildStyle and FreeStyle categories
maybe the Funky 40 can be compared directly with the Seduction WildStyle
sure looks like a nice airplane (WS and FS), I want to use a Saito .72 on it.

I mentioned the CA Models Funky 40 to compare with the WildStyle and I was wondering if the CA Models Widebody 60 (even tho its larger..) compares with the FreeStyle

I don't think there is anything right now that is really a fair comparison. It will take a while for everyone to catch up...
The design of the Wildstyle and Freestyle is incredible. They go together faster than an ARF, and come out lighter than a scratch build with contest quality balsa. The contruction of these things will really show you how much we have been overbuilding everything! The amazing part was it was stronger than most .40 size airplanes. The Airfoiled horizontal tail and tapered rudder makes for some good conversations too!
The Freestyle I had was an incredible flying airplane. It would fly pattern like a pattern ship and hover better than the best profile. It would do snap rolls better than the best Cap 232, but slow down like a trainer with NO CHANCE of a tip stall.
Mine was about 4 lb's with a YS .63 and the airplane was the size of a lot of .60 size airplanes. The tank was on the CG, the servos were in the perfect place, and it balanced without moving anything!
That answer your question?

The Ono Special has anodized landing gear and a tinted blue canopy. The ailerons are larger and a lot lighter and there is reinforcement in the critical areas, but no added weight. The Ono comes with the spinner and fuel tank too...
I am not sure if it is still available, but if it is go for it!
