Default Just starting to 3D, where to learn?

I've been flying almost 2years now and am starting to learn some 3D moves but no one in our club knows how to really do specific stunts. Is there a book or video available to learn from? I have a Goldberg 3D with an OS61fx on it and a spad QHOR with an OS25fx, both of which are a blast to fly.
