I don't think the SuperStunts 40 is really a good 3D plane -- it's more of a "sport aerobatic" one.
It doesn't have much side-area (so will knife-edge poorly), has relatively small control surfaces (ineffective at high angles of attack) and has a semi-symetrical wing with some dihedral -- too stable.
If you want to fly 3D, get yourself a good profile and *really* have some fun.
