I have two questions about the Freedom 3D. I used to have a Sig SE and loved it... till it got destroyed. I've been flying my heli, S.P.A.D., and Ultra Sport 40 ever since but I still miss the Sig SE. I had an OS 50 SX on it and it performed great! It was a very fun plane to fly. Able to fly slow and come in for easy landings and to pull some extreme aerobatics all in the same flight. IT handled the wind good, too! That is my type of plane! I was thinking about getting a Sig SE ARF and putting a four stroke onto it, but then I saw the price on the Freedom 3D.
How does the Freedom 3D fly? If it is anything like the Sig SE then I want one! I'm not a big fan of building planes, but to lower the price on a big plane I'll make an exception. The mfgr recommends a 4 stroke 1.20 but the range is 90-120 (4 stroke) I really don't like the prices of the 1.20s. $279.99 for a magnum 1.20, and $189.99 for a magnum .91 from quantum models. How much of a difference will the 1.20 make? If I will be able to hover on the .91 I'd go with that.
This is my first venture into anything larger than 50, so I don't know if a .91 4 stroker can hover a 9 pound plane. I guess I can always get a used 1.20, but I'd be afraid to do that. I can handle a bad 2 stroker, but this would be my first four stroker.
Thanks.

OH yes, what kind of servos should I use? I have a flight packs worth of standard servos, but will they be enough? Also. If I build this into a quadra flap model, like the Ultra Stick, will it still be a stable design? I don't know if the type of wing on the F3D will take kindly to quadra flaps.
