Default Dual elevator set up

Has anyone else had this problem. Using a Futaba 9C radio, when I set up the dual elevator using seperate channels. I can match the throws at high rate, but when I go to low rate the elevators are split. I am interested in the JR X9303, Can someone help me on how to set up and does the JR have the same problem or can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Just use you atv to match the travel and full deflection. Also make sure one of the channels does not have more subtrim than the other and that arms are at 90 degrees.
