I just order the WM 80" version Extra 300s ARF... Would you recommend using the BME 50 Gas engine as the power plant of this model? I want to have the capabilities of doing Aerobatics and Unlimited vertical.
What type and size props would you use in this combo?
Thanks

Saw your note regarding the WM Extra 300, just wanted to chip in!.
Mine is completely stock, I used all MW fittings and the suggested 1.60 engine (OS FX), performance is superb not unlimited vertical, but then again there are not many pilots that could really use all the extra power. My flying style is large scale aerobatic...not 3d and its great plane to show off your skills. Its a great kit and well worth the money!.
My Extra is flown at my home town of Wickford, Essex, England, The first flight was superb, the second a mid air but despite a crumpled leading edge still flew into with a perfect landing, the rest is history......
