Default Giant U-Can-Do...engine/servo advice please

I've had the other two smaller ucandos and have learned to love them...but they have their downfalls; the @$#%@& weak landing gear mount and the high mounted siphoning gas tank. Does the Giant suffer from the same weaknesses? If it does how would you recommend reinforcing it?

I have a Super Tigre 3000 (1.80 2 stroke30 cc.) Is this a good engine combination for the giant or is it over kill? I will mount it inverted with a glow driver that activates @ idle.

Your thoughts on servos also. Would 4 standard 3001 Futabas work on the ailerons/flaps? I plan on tying them together with a Y harness for big ailerons. What about 2 3001s on the elevators? I already have a Hitec 645 for the rudder.

Any other wisdom before I plunge in to this project?

Thanks for your response. Expo

My giant ucd has 645mg in the ailerons, 5625mg in the elevators, and a 5955tg in the rudder. Those are some big surfaces. The 5625mg was not nearly enough to knife edge the rudder. The 5955 made a world of difference. I think Great Planes underestimates the servo power needed to move thase surfaces at 3d rates. I have a BCMA 40 on the nose. It needs more power. The ST 3000 will not be too much. Just keep the speed down. Also use flat plastic hinges, CA hinges are marginal for this plane.
