HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am using the following:
GWS 'D' gearbox
Himaxx 2015-4100 motor
E-Tech 3-cell, 1200ma Lipo
Phoenix 25amp controller
GWS 12x6 or APC 12x6SF

I am only getting 5 or 6 minute run time. The battery, motor and controller are getting extremely hot. This did not happen with my Razor MH v.2. What's up with the Himaxx or am I doing something wrong?????
We will try different props tomorrow.

I'm just finishing up my first 3DX and I was wondering if anyone has measured the control surface throws.

I can't seem to find the information at the Foamy Factory site, the plans or by a search on the net (its probably right in front of me, but I can't seem to locate them).

If someone doesn't mind, would they please measure the control surface movement for the elevator, aileron and elevator on their plane and post the measurements.

Wayne I have 2 of them and I just go for the maximum amount you can get. At the slow speeds the ailerons are really slow to react. Mike
