Default Twist 150 servos

Hey all, it calls for 5 125 oz sevos that are over 100$ a peice ( thats a joke!!!!) but for real.

I have a throttle servo, that I kNOW dont need 125 oz of tourque.
As far as the rudder and elevator(1 servo each) I have 2 100oz servos. would that be enough. what about ds821's on ailerons?
