What are ailevators ?

Hi!
After reading a couple of threads, the word "ailevators" was used in several of them.
Can someone please tell me what "ailevators" are ?

Ok, so basically when ailevators are setup, if I move the ailerons left, the left aileron and the left elevator come up and the right ones go down ?
What is the normal mixing ratio for this ?

Yep, that's it, I just give it 100% mixing. Seems to help a little but roll rate is not substantially increased. I also used it to try to stop my plane from torque rolling but it didn't work.
