An APC 15x6 works really well, but an APC 16x4w will work even better for your verts. both props are good choices for 3d but for hovering and torque rolling the 16x4w would be the best choice.

I ran the Menz-s 16x6 and 15x8 on my YS in the UCD. THe 16x6 had more pull out of a hover, but the 15x8 seemd to make the plane easier to control in the hover. I liked both better than the 16x4W, but not by much. Throttle response was definitely better with either of the Menz props over the APC.

I like the APC 15x6 on my 91FZ in the UCD. I tried the APC 16x6 and 16x4w. The larger ones had more torque and it was harder to hold a straight hover. The 15x6 spins up faster and seems to pull out of the hover better to me. The 16x4w made a loud high pitched scream and was kind of annoying.

Ditto on Chris' last two points.

We found that the 15x6 APC gives MUCH quicker throttle response, while not giving up much in thrust/torque.

That 16x4W boat paddle does pull stumps, but it really howls and takes time to spool up.

One man's drink is another man's poison. The only way to KNOW is to try different props until you find the one that suits your desired flying style.

It mihgt be a little light, reports show that the 15x8 is just a little bit too small for the 110. I have a 16x8 here for mine, although I haven't started it yet.

ZG77_OzZ (?) check out the Synergy 90 3D thread in the pattern section, Mark Novack got one of the first 110's, and tried it over there.

Thanks for the help I got a APC 15-6 for it the local hobby shops did not have a 16-4W so I have one on order. I flew it with the 15-6 today it seemed to do pretty good but it was pretty windy so it was hard to tell a lot because of the wind.
