Had an Irvine 53 in mine. Could have done with more. Go 60 2C. YS if you got the wonga. You'll need the battery in the tale though to balance out to a good rear CG. Despite it's early production problems the Hype is an awesome plane. Slow flight capability is amazing compared to others like the Flair Giles 3D and Wildcard. Bit more expensive than other models in it's bracket but it's an awesome plane once you've got it dialled in. Good luck with it.

I had the same problem with my Hype & Moki 52 with tuned pipe
Threw in an ASP 80 four stroke, it has so much torque it just pulls the Hype through any manouvre you can do without scrubbing off any airspeed. Pulling out of vertical is easy, never used more than half throttle, no need. This motor totally transformed my hype to an enjoyable plane, sounds awsome too!
