My wife likes watching 3d flights. She doesn't have a lot of experience flying herself, actually she is a beginner like me but the big planes make her nervous. Do you guys have any sugestions about what I could get her to help her not be leary of trying 3d stunts after she has more experience?

The obvious answer is a good RC computer simulator. Could be pricy if your computer doesn't have the graphics horsepower. The other answer is to get into good quality 3D foam electric models which can stand a rough landing or two. At least your wife is willing to try!!!!!!

I have to 2nd the sim.. I can't begin to tell you how useful it is. If you can do it on the sim you can almost walk right to the field and do it there.
I might consider a light EPP foamy since they will take a crash a lot better than depron. I can't think of one off the top of my head but my buddy just got an EPP foam bipe that he says flies great. I haven't seen it yet though.
