Default Showtime 4D 90, EVO 1.00NX what prop?

hey guys i just changed out the engine in my showtime 4D 90 from a magnum 1.20 FS (never got it to run) to an evolution 1.00NX. I mounted it inverted with plans on using the stock muffler. Then i tried to mount it but the fuse got in the way. I could not find a muffler extention for this engine so i decided to mount the engine sideways and use the bison pitts muffler. Any way it says to use a 14x6 to break in the engine but i was wondering what would be a good 3D prop for this plane. right now i ordered a 14x6 and a 15x6. Could it swing a 16x4 W? Is the 15x6 the best choice?

Thanks

-Matt

I ran this engine on a Cessna 182. Now I realize that it was not a 3d plane, but a 15x6 ran very well. I would be cautious with running that engine anyway but up. I read on here where several people had problems with it on its side and inverted. Mine quit on me about 20" in the air and did not return on takeoff. Again I know we are talking about two totaly different planes, but be informed.
Good luck and enjoy.

I've got an Evo 100 in a Katana 70 profile. Best prop for 3D so far has been the APC 15x4w.

But to make the Evo 100 a reliable 3D engine, the stock Evo carb was replaced with a Super Tigre 90 carb. An OS F plug cured the final unexplained flameouts.
