Default Is the 36 enough for the Tribute 3D

Or should I just buy the ARF and add a 46? The PNP comes with the Evo 36 but will it pull it out of a hover with unlimited vert?

Thanks

Default RE: Is the 36 enough for the Tribute 3D

I fly a friends with the 36 and while it will pull out of a hover I wouldn't exactly call it a rocketship. It's just OK on pullout but it does hover real nice and does good waterfalls. Be sure to insulate the tank from vibration as this is a BIG problem on the PNP. The folks at my field put a header tank on them to help with the foaming problems. (Not a pretty sight when the engine quits from fuel foaming about 2 ft off the ground in a hover.)
