Has anyone used the Xoar "Sword" line of painted props? Is there any difference compared to the other Xoars (laminated ply) other than the paint?

i would not use a laminated prop on a glow engine that you want max performance such as 3D..... I have compared the Xoar beechwood 17x6 vs Xoar 17x6 laminated on a 120ax. Not only did i tach higher with the non laminated Xoar, it performed better.. Yes laminated props will take a slight prop strike or a bump here or there where as a std wood prop wont,....

Dear Xoar Supporters:
Recently, on a few web based RC shops has promoted Hawk Prop stating its quality is equivalent to Xoar. While the statement is left for the field to approve, but from our own testing experience, they are not ! Hawk is not affiliated with Xoar in any shape or form. Xoar is the ISO certified Propeller manufacturer. Each step of the production strictly follows the certification standard.
Please be aware, there have been several instance reported by the field that plane crash due to prop hub fracture of other cost-driven brand props.
State of art R&D and testing department ensures each design of Xoar propeller is ready for its performance.
Our hobby is for you to enjoy yours. We thank you for your support.
