My Kyosho .60 Cap 232 will easily do a knife edge spin (Barber Pole). I've been trying to decide on a new plane but I want it to be just as able to 3D like this small Cap. I know not all planes can Barber Pole. Can anypone tell me if the H9 or Lanier Edge can do it?

I know! Been doing this maneuver for a while but, last week I let it get too low and my cap stalled on recovery. good thing I have another one! BTW I love these Kyosho 60 Caps.
Any other planes barber pole?

H-82,
NOTHING knife edge spins like a CAP!. Look at the last decade or so of TOC tapes and you will see the answer. Many planes will do it (I have herd the Ultimates roll out) however look at the way they present. I don't personally like the way an "Edge" looks in stalled manuvers as the rotation looks strange to me (compare Strawberry and Chocolate ice cream ~ It's a personal preference).
The forward placement of the stab with the low wing and many other factors contribute to this.
Enjoy,
Bill
