I've flown one with a ZDZ 50 and it was an awesome combo. The DA 50 should work great on this plane. Any good 50cc engine makes a plane of this size really perform.

Flyfalcons, I think your right... It probably will make an awesome combo I hope. My real concern is can the airframe handle the power?

It seems very well-built. I know they don't advertise it as a good plane for a gas engine but it is built as well or better than the GP Extra. My buddy took off with the ailerons reversed and went in at about a 20 degree angle, inverted. The wing tube broke and the forward part of the fuselage had some damage, but the plane was repaired and in the air a short time later. The cowl and spinner were broken in the crash, but the airframe itself handled it just fine. If I were to choose between the GP and WM Extras, I'd go with the WM. Just remember to be responsible with throttle management and the plane will fly great.
