OS 1.60, Saito 1.80 or a YS 1.40 Sport or DZ.

This plane dosen't have the wing area to fly the way its supposed to with a gas engine. Every gasser from 25cc to 50cc weighs the same readt to fly (3.5-4lbs). Thats a ton heavier than an OS 1.60.

Its a monster with any of the glow engines listed above. It can do 3D and precision flying.

Its in a big white box under my work table...lol! There is a guy at my local field that has one. He flies the heck out of it! I answered your question based on his info and a ton of threads about this plane here.

Also dont put the elevator and rudder servos in the rear of the fuse it will be tail heavy with a glow motor. Put them right behind the wing tube with pull-pull for the rudder and 1 servo per elevator half and all you'll have to do is move the batt to get the correct CG. I think the instructions for the 24 and 27% planes are shared. With a 40-50cc gas engine and the servos in the rear of the fuse the 27% will balance fine but not the 24% with glow.
