Hitec 5955 Problem
 

Has anyone had problems with this servo. I just got it and when I plug it in and move the rudder it glitches so bad. I am running 4 5945's and they work perfect, but when the rudder servo glitches the elevator servos glitch also. I'm running a 4000mah 7.4v Duralite with 6v regulator. Any ideas what might be wrong here? Thanks

I just installed 5 in an 87" EF Yak and they work flawlessly. And as much as people poo poo Hitec servos I have never really had a problem with them. I have heard however that if they are going to fail they will do it immediately. I too am running a LiIon 4800ma pack through a MPI miracle switch which also includes a 6v regulator. I would contact Hitec directly and send it back for replacement. Interesting note, of all servos I have ever heard having problems it's the 5945s.

hope there are no problems with them i just bought some for a yak 87 in
