Hovering a plane
 
Guess you must be right about different people and different things. Weather here in UK makes for slow progess due to windy weather and rain too, either that or I'm just slow!

Last summer I was flying more than 40 hours a week. 10am to 2 or up to 5pm. There were only maybe 1 day out of a week that had over 10 mph winds and or rain. I am still flying in the winter. There is still snow on the ground and probably 40 degrees, but I will be flying today.

Crikey, you're very lucky. With my job I'm quite flexible but even so I still only averaged 10-15 hours per week at most, less when the weather was bad. In that case it'll not take you that long to learn to TR I hope!
