I've got an OS .46 FX on a World Models Tai Ji, and it screams! With an APC 11x6 it spins at 12,300, at 2800' ASL. I just bought the Modetech Magic Extra 300/Magnum .52 XLS combo, so we'll see how that engine stacks up. I'll be spinning an APC 12.25x3.75 on that one...............

My Rossis used the mini tuned siilencer from Rossi. Above 16, 000 on an 11x5 APC, and above 14,000 on the 12.25x3.75.

12,300 ain't screaming on an 11x6 unless it's a 32.

The PLANE screams, dipstick. That RPM measured with a digital tach a few days ago when the density altitude measured over 5000'.

My choice for a 40 size 3D would be the Saito 72, YS63 or OS 70...... throttle response and torque is a 'MUST' have in 3D.
