Hi John,
I recently purchased a Super Xtra 3D kit at a local swap meet. I've checked the kit, and everything seems to be there, including the carbon fiber landing gear option. The quality of the kit was surprising, and is everything your web site says.
The problem I'm faced with is the CD that came with the kit. It is recorded with a .pxj format, which is a company called "Sonic" which produces "Record Now!" software. Adobe Acrobat 6.0 won't even touch it, and it's not even viewable with their own software, which I have purchased and installed.
I've printed the manual from your web site, which is quite detailed in itself, and I could probably build the complete kit from, but it would be nice to have a set of plans as well.
Is it recommended to have the plans for building, or is the manual sufficient?
If you would like me to send you the CD that I have, (or to the Canadian distributor) that wouldn't be a problem.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Doug
P.S.- The shipping date on the box is October 21, 2005, so I'm not sure if this was before you bought the company or not. Thanks.
