No it isn't! Don't tell him that!!
The peg that stops the wing from revolving isn't exactly in the middle of the section so it makes a difference which way round the inner most rib is installed.
Apart from that, yes, it's easy to build!

CA also doesent soak in the way wood glue does because of its fast cure rate, making it weaker.
