Default Fixing cabane wires to fuselage - Phaeton 90

How do I get the cabane wires to stay afixed to the fuselage on my Phaeton 90? I put them in with epoxy (and the upper plywood hold-downs), then found one of the wires loose (pivots inside the hardened epoxy). I painstakingly remove them from the fuselage and again epoxied the two rear cabacne wires into their channel and let it set up. The next evening, just an easy tug on one of them again had it "spinning" inside the hardened epoxy. What methods do you use to get the cabane wires to become "fixed" in their position on the fuelage? Any helpful hints woul help me move on and stop scratching my head so damn hard onthis item! Thanks so much. See picture of cabane wire in fuse attached.
