Is there supposed to be a clip or something to hold them in? Epoxy only dosn't seem right.

I wouldn't be as concerned about them pulling out from the fuse, rather than up in the fuse. The wing would keep them from pulling out.

Look things over very meticulously in the plans and instructions, you might find something less ambiguous.
