I just figured out how to do it. I use a 10X for my airplanes and the 9X for my heli and foamys.

We have an NZ versus Australia F3A contest here this weekend and one of the guys who uses a 9X wanted my Pattern plane as a back-up. I just programmed my 9X so we can transfer it straight to his transmitter. In the Device set up, I disable all the aux switches as a matter of course. This is when I found all the options came up for the second channels available in the Wing Type program.
I used Aux 3 as the L elevator channel as per my 10X.
