Whenever I have a small gap I like to add a piece of small balsa to fill the gap and then use wood glue.I prefer a balsa to balsa joint and not just a lot of glue filling the space between the two pieces. How big of a gap are you seeing? Is the wing straight? Good luck with the build and have fun with it.
