There should be 2 sets of building guides that came with the Illusion. In the 2nd set, there shows the modification needed to be made to the nose retract to get it to fit and clear the header. Here is a picture of that. Hope it helps.

I do have that set of instruction, but that is for the Dave Brown Mechanical unit. The Air units are larger, and with the header there really is no real room, but maybe the robart one will fit, I have to just make some measurements. The B&D one spans the length of the firewall, and has 2 cylinders in it. Therefore no room to cut it. The other option is to belly mount on the floor of the tank, which may clear it as well??
