That is all the "weight" I had on hand, about 100 lbs. per panel. I need to get some sand bags, I guess. They came out nice and straight, I also used a litte 2" foam roller to help spread the epoxy after I squeegeed out the goo.
I think my wing panels came out fairly light at 9.25 oz trimed. I am back on my fuses tonight, hope to get three framed up in short order. I am cutting new formers right now.
I have forward fuse doublers all figured out now, a litte extra DZ beefing is needed to tame that thumper. Should have pictures of that soon. I've also made some jig improvements.
yea - vacuum bagging would be nice, keep us posted on what equipment you get. I am going to get a "feather cut" wing machine as my next big shop purchase. oh, I am looking at spray guns, tell us what spray painting equipment your using.....
