Hey Bugs, you need to give us some more information. Did you do a bench break-in? That is the best thing to do. Idling with the wheels off the ground, go through a few tanks of fuel, slightly leaning mixture screw after each tank.

If the pullstart is hard to pull, you have probably flooded it. Remove glow plug and pull 30 times, maybe even pull off the fuel line while doing that. If not, pull air cleaner off and pull, but look for fuel spray in the carb.
Next, pull the glow plug, and install it in the ignitor to make sure it is glowing nice and red. If not, check ignitor battery charge. Sometimes the connection to the battery is dirty and not making good contact.
If the glow plug is working good, it should start.
