Hey Ryan, it is possible to be missing those parts. Two weeks ago, my rear driveshaft and drive cup vanished from my car completely. I finally found the driveshaft near where I started the car, and the drive cup appeared when I moved my Tempo on the driveway. (it was lodged against the rear tire of the car).

Reinstalled and good to go!

Go easy on the new guy... He is just making sure it is the same car we all have. To Bugs: This buggy should work great for ya. All the tips are good nes to go by, even though I still use the factory receiver, TX, and servos that came with my car, working great. I would someday like to upgrade the engine, but this one works fine for now. Yours will too when you work out the ignitor problem.
