Thanks Mike for your observation. You certainly did your homework for me. I can decrease the length of the rudder control horn by turning the connector in towards the rudder, for sure. I'd like to see how things pan-out after we connect the cables. And after I stated that I have 1/8 inch offset on the rudder, I actually have about 1/16 inch offset after I remove the mounting fixture I made to locate the hard point. Then, the rudder will move forward 1/16 inch since I used a pretty heavy rod which goes through the hinges. Dummy me. Thanks again Mike for your observations and comments. Much appreciated.
