Ok, I am new to RC and would like some opinions on what all i bought and have that got me started...

Plane-Kyosho 40 Trainer ARF...took me about 2 weekends to finish this arf and the only major problems i had was mounting my O.S. 46FX engine...had to shave some of the mount down a tad. Other than that great kit and easy to build, didnt even have to cut into the plane for the needle valve the OS 46 seems to fit this plane perfectly. And the plane is nice bright and yellow easy to see.

Radio- Futaba 6DA 72.250 mghz Master Airscrew 11X5 Prop

All other equipment I have, I have yet to get my plane in the air for the military has had me quite busy lately. But I have ran the engine to break it in at my local air field and had all control surfaces checked everything seems to run great ..and wow does that OS 46 fx engine run like a champ...Luving it so far. I took the plane out again for a maiden voyage and met my instructor and I also purchased a trainer cable just in case.

I can't wait to get in the air but it is windy almost any chance i have to get to the field. But sooon i will begin my training. So just curious if I did right on the equipment I bought for my FIRST plane. The older guys at the field said my Kyosho has less dyhedral in the wing and it whould provide more fun down the road when i get experience, they say it should perform very well in the air. So what do you all think...please give me some info....
