Default Went separates, tail going crazy

I got tired of my Blade doing altitude changes with no control input telling it to do so. I think 4in1 is bad, but had enough parts to put together another heli, so bought a GWESC480 for main motor, GWESC300 for tail motor (as the GWESC050 I bought will not arm) and a PG-03 gyro. I have everything wired up and it seems to work as motors turn in correct directions. I am using a Hitec Electron 6 receiver and a Futaba 9CHPS transmitter.

When I give it throttle, motors start turning, but once it hits point 3 on throttle and revo curve, tail will just take off. It actually spun so fast it caused tail blade to hit ground and break. Am I missing something? I bought those ESCs as I did not want to go brushless and they handle 2-3 cell Li-pos. I have tried various gyro settings and tail still goes crazy.

I am basically doing the same thing as they show for the brushless setup. I think there is something wrong with the schematic they have for the brushed setup as they are showing a mixer, but they are not showing it in photos.
