Foremost makes a one-way valve. It looks like a small filter. You could either have two lines in your squeeze bottle ar one line with a T. The valves will do exactly what you described, one to direct fuel out, the other to let air in.

Or, cheaper is to just alternately pinch the tubing from the bottle or T to accomplish the same thing.
