I have done all the mods to my own Tiger that I am nearly finished. When you mention the engine intake covers do you mean the mesh gaurds that sit on the engine deck? If so let me know and I will post some photos and a how to as they are very easy to make. The transmission covers are very easy, just a couple of sheets of styrene with some bolts and take about half an hour or so to do. I will take some photos and post them later when I get home (along with the engine screens if you want the info on them).

I eventually bought some track holders as I was not happy with my home made ones. They looked good but were not strong enough to withstand a lot of handling - fine for static display but not for RC.

The info on the lights from Whitewolf is spot on and works a treat as I used this in the past on other projects.

I will check later to see if you need the info.

A question back - what it the thread cutting method?
