Your CG is going to be way higher, plus tire sidewall flex.
I think it'll contribute to a higher top speed, but thats it, and it will take longer to get there.
larger tires are more difficult to turn, thus take more power to do so.
Bottom end is slow enough on these cars as it is! [&o]
It's going to be just the opposite, maybe more stable, but less responsive.
