Any wiring connected to your receiver can become an EMI/RFI conductor. Keep all components that are capable of creating EMI/RFI as far away from anything receiver related as possible.. especially the receiver antenna. Electric motors can produce large amounts of EMI/RFI if not properly suppressed.
