Today I started to install my control horn system on my G202. I am using the DU-Bro Heavy Duty Control System # 866. This is the first ARF that I have put together that has the hole for the horn already drilled in the hard points. I installed the first horn on the aileron and I right away could see that it was not straight. It had a slight angle toward the tip and quite a lot toward the hinge line. I then installed one on the elevator and it was not straight. I am afraid to try to straighten the rod due to breaking the hard points loose.

Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something here? If I install them with this angle then the mounting nut on the bottom will not sit flat.
