So if you just want to wire a main gun button you could use the existing trainer switch, or add an extra button.

Along the bottom left hand side you will find 4 sets of 3 'contacts' labelled ST1.2,3 and 4
ST 3 is where the soldering needs to be done.
of the 3 contacts for ST 3, they are labelled W (left) , R(middle),and B (right)
If doing mg and cannon buttons, take two wires, twist them together and solder to R.One wire goes to each button/switch.
Solder a wire to B which goes to flipswitch for MG and a wire to W which goes to button for cannon.
You can test by turning the tank and radio on and use a small piece of wire to complete the circuit between W/R and R/B
and gun/mg should fire, you can figure out where the wires go for the lights and to put tank in gear that way.
Yes, it's a very fiddly job so be careful or you could possibly ruin your radio!
