I forgot to list the part number for the header that fits the engines referenced in this thread.

The KS part number is #1564. This is the header flange with a short, straight stub that is swagged for adding additional tubing. #1564i is the same flange but the stub is angled down, I believe, 15 degrees. Tubing diameter is 25mm (approximately 1 inch).
