the point is don't jump into the lectro jets untill they prove themselves after 3-4 years..lipos are just, if not more dangerous than any turbine will ever be. a turbine will not catch your house or truck on fire by itself when you are not home and they will burn in flight also. i was not a propane giunnea pig nor will i be a lectro pig, i'll sit back and watch the carnage.
Me too! Nothing flying today holds a candle to a turbine, especially in the carnage department.

But, as you say, one has to make the turbine burn, it won't just ignite on it's own like lipos.
