Check out the CEN racing forum and do a search for diff cup mod. It is a simple easy cheap way to keep those diff cups from breaking. Wish I could tell you about that one way bearing but I never had to replace it because i switched to genesis steel spurs with the other Funfactor green/yellow tranny alum hubs. It just looks like a ver tight press in. Have you tried applying heat and the punching it out?
