Well, the parts came in from both Desert Aircraft, and Aircraft International so I'll post some picks of what was sent.

In my previous post I talked about how Desert Aircraft only had the header flange in stock (not the header). Not knowing that Aircraft International also carried the KS line, I ordered the header flange (and the rest of the exhaust system) from Desert, then after finding out about AI, ordered the completed header (and some other goodies ) from them.

The first two pictures show how well the header flange mates to the exhaust port. The second two pictures show the actual header bolted in place - one note here: the tolerances on the flange are so close that there was a little bit of binding trying to thread the bolts in. I opened up the two mounting holes with a bit 1/64 larger than the stock holes - then everything bolted into place smoothly with no binding. The last shot shows all of the muffler system parts that I ordered - it turns out that on my plane just using the elbows will work to bring the muffler out perfectly centered between the mains.

Just a note... both companies shipped quickly. Aircraft International's customer support was excellent as they tried twice to contact me 15 minutes before shipping closed, to correct an address mistake, so I would have my parts in time - Thanks guys!
