RE: TOE IN
Front toe angles...If you toe it in / \ towards the front it will be easier to adjust the steering imputs L-R and helps keep it straight for the beginner. The less toe in that is in place 1.5 degrees or less, the quicker the resonce in the steering imputs. Most racers use toe out \ / which will allow/let the truck respond more quickly to steering imputs L-R and some would say that it becomes twitchy.
Rear toe angles... Toe in on the rear is what most companies set straight from the factory and is all around the best set up. The less you have the more susceptible it will be to spin around in a turn aka oversteer. Too much toe in can also place strain on the drive line as well as slow it down. .0-1.0degrees of toe is recommended or your factory settings. I have yet to see negative toe used in the rear wheels.
Now this is the toe in angles and not the camber angles. Camber can be more complex and varies in settings to your style and where you run. If Bashing is all that your going to do then keep your toe angles in / \. So that when you look at the truck from above the wheels will look like they slightly point inward toward the front in the front and rear wheels.

I hope this helps you understand a little more and doesn't confuse you.
