Default RE: OTOP or Impact?

Depends on your level of flying.

If you are flying the latest F3A schedules the IMPACT is a much much better design to fly these schedules. The model flies very well on it's side and has all the rudder authority you need for rollers and rolling loops.

The OTOP flies very well if you fly the intermediate schedules were you need a model that flies like an arrow.

A friend of mine flies an OTOP and I fly the IMPACT. I have had the opportunity to study the fly characteristics of both and I have no doubt the IMPACT is the pick if you are at the F3A level. I know my mate with the OTOP was quite impressed when he flew mine.

The IMPACT on the other hand needs some extra building to ensure it does not fall apart. This has been covered in great detail elsewhere on this forum.

Good Luck
