It sounds like its too rich. Has it been fully run in yet? I would start leaning it out slightly on both low and high speed needles. Don't make too big adjustments though just about 1/12th turn at a time and don't change the low speed needle too much, just get it running. Do a search on here there is tons of stuff about tuning engines for reliable running.
