The solution is really quite simple. Grab a Dubro (or other) ball link and bolt it on the carb arm. Use the middle hole. Connect the pushrod to the servo, snap on the ball socket. Set the TX ATV to give you proper end points and you are done. I can't believe the difficulty that many people seem to want to introduce It is a straight push rod hookup. Oh, I disconnect the spring that closes the butterfly but this is personal preference.
As to the choke on the other side see some of the shots that Dick Hansen has posted. Simple enough if you can't stick your finger through the front of the cowling just slip a piece of fuel line over the choke rod and make it long enough to reach outside the cowl so that you can turn it on or off.
