Sorry guys, a couple of dumb questions.

I am using an Axi 2208/34 on my F3A Shock Flyer, can anyone enlighten me on how to interpret those numbers? Are those numbers universal on all outrunners, what about on the geared brushless? In addition, how to determine what motor to use, by the weight of the plane?
